Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Usually that feature is part of your anti-virus package. Which one are you using?

Right I'm not sure exactly on how to check if its on but if open Norton 360, go into the Settings and look for Identity settings. You should see something like "Norton Safe Web". Make sure its ON.

Apart from that I don't know.

Any further ideas on this one.
I still cant get the green tick back.
I felt much safer clicking in when it was there.
