Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

U.S. army says 3 dead in Black Hawk crash in Germany

BERLIN (Reuters) - Three crew members were killed when a U.S. military Black Hawk helicopter crashed in a wooded area near a highway in southwestern Germany on Wednesday evening, a U.S. army spokesman said on Thursday.
"We are calling it an accident at the moment, pending investigation," said the spokesman for U.S. Army Europe in Heidelberg, declining to give further details.
The UH-60 Black Hawk crashed at about 6 p.m. (12 noon EST) on Wednesday near a motorway junction between Viernheim and Lorsch, near Heidelberg.
The spokesman could not confirm local media reports that the helicopter went up in flames on hitting the ground. Some 42,000 U.S. military personnel are based in Europe and U.S. Army Europe has its headquarters in Heidelberg.

    Terrible News, RIP.
