Last album I bought was Ratt's new album, Infestation. Gotta admit, I went in with pretty low expectations, but I was delighted to find myself blown away. It was most definitely the Ratt I knew and loved, but with a slick, tough and modern sheen that would make them very palatable to the newer/younger/modern rock and metal fans out there.

The last 3 I bought together were:

Muse - The Resistance (Apart from the first 3-4 tracks, I thought it was quite disappointing)

The Mars Volta - Frances the Mute (I bought this one without hearing any of the tracks first. Great album, but I wouldn't rate it above De-Loused or Amputechture)

Modest Mouse - Good News for People Who Love Bad News (My first Modest Mouse purchase and my favourite of the three I got that day. Went for this one because I thought Johnny Marr was in the band for this album, but I was wrong. Excellent, excellent album though)
