    This gym has just opened,
    Massive matted areas great vibe inside make sure you pop in to have a look at least.

    NEW GYM ON THE DOCK ROAD
    MMA BJJ and LADIES FITNESS CLASSES

    The classes are run by Ger Healy and Fergal Quinlan
    Classes open to beginners - advanced level

    If your a beginner just pop in :
    bring in a pair of shorts, a t-shirt and bottle of water

    Take the Dock Road out of the City Center towards Dooradoyle. Go out till you get to the Greenpark Roundabout, (the first roundabout coming from the city). Take the Third exit on the roundabout into the industrial estate and go down to the end and turn right. The Combat Sports Centre is the last unit on the right.

    Is there a kids class? How much does it cost? (pay for a year, month, per class)???

    i think they are starting up kids classes soon.
    I think its 60- 80 yoyos and but i know the first class is free.
    I sure they have a few packages, so pop down and have a chat to alan.
