Hope this is the right place to post this! I've seemed to have lost the white card that has my PPS number on it. Should I apply for another one, is it necessary? And if so who do I contact? Cheers!

I don't think that you have the need for the physical card anyway as long as you still have your PPS number. Otherwise, the best is to ring the Dept of Social Welfare or local tax office explaining that you have lost your PPS number.

They should be able to trace you down with certain information you give them but I doubt they will release any information on the phone. They might send the details again in the post to your last known address on the system.
