I didn't read the whole thread - but what's the MOD salary otherwise why is there such a long thread on this?

Is it like a public sector salary where you get annual increments regardless of how useless you are or private sector where the more you ban, the bigger your banking bonus you get until the site implodes and causes a recession.

It's more like being a janitor.

You get paid nothing, but it doesn't matter how much they did pay you, you still have to clean up loads of crap.

This thread is a perfect example of why transparency, while usually a good thing, can also mean the loss of polite social niceties, rudeness and a LOT more unhappiness.
