Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi, all,

I am looking for a method of getting rid of upper-lip hair permanently. At the moment I bleach. I have tried using a hair-dissolving cream but that left incredibly undesirable stubble :P I would preferably like to use some sort of cream (that won't cause redness!) as I am a bit worried about laser removal.

I am a bit worried about laser removal.

Laser is really the only 'permanent' method, although 'permanent' is a bit of a misnomer as you will have to go back for top-up treatments 1-2 times a year after the initial series of treatments.

Why are you worried? IPL is perfectly safe. The only downside is that you have to let the hair grow before each treatment and you'd have to stop bleaching it as most salon's machines don't work on blonde hair.
