Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wow thanks! :D - That's one of the New Year goals off the list!!

Shot was taken in the evening light with a Sigma 70-300mm on a Nikon D60. Left an inverted bin on the lawn for a few hours with seeds and parked the car up near in (couple of meters). Put the spade in beside it as a landing perch and left it for few hours. Once i saw the birds were comfortable and using it, came out and sat in the car with the window slightly down for the lens and got a few shots.

The actual post that got this had three photos, my personal favorite out of them is the robin stretching up to look over the snow, then another version of this one, then lastly this one!

    Thanks again! ;)

Wow Joe, they really are fantastic shots and from a lens that is often spoken off in the negative here.
