He mightn't be going out cos he has a match the next day so the decision is based on whether he wants to go out anyway.... Looks unlikely though, I'll prob show up at beers for a little bit.

Don't like being the bearer of bad news but it's Valentines wknd so everywhere is going to be pricey purely because they can get away with charging the earth for a room!

I cant get a cheap hotel for Saturday night but when I go to book it for Sunday too the price goes up a mile. My friends are gonna come up & stay Sunday

The D4 hotels might be worth a look, they usually aren't too expensive when the rest are.

Also, travelodge in rathmines is only €45 for the sunday night and would only be a couple of minutes away in a taxi.

Travelodge the rate is per room and there is room to sleep four comfortably!

There's a Travelodge in Ballymun on the main road also only a few euro each in a taxi, I'm not too sure on the prices though.

Castleknock is the cheapest and if there's a few of you it won't cost that much to stay there or get there by taxi.
