UPC Broadband Termination Point and how?

    Any ideas on where UPC terminate their broadband service in the house? It would not suit beside the television. I have a quasi "comms cabinet" with TV point there and am hoping they do something there.

    Is it a self install or does some UPC jobs worth come out to install?

    Experiences of installation etc and service levels appreciated.

    They'll install your broadband anywhere that there's a TV point. You can also move from point-to-point as you please with no problems.

    They'll send a tech out to install it. Should only be there a few minutes.
