Auth Failed Hi all, Ordered smart broadband 2 weeks ago and got my modem today. When I type in my username and password I'm getting "Authentication Failed" Any ideas?

Hi all,

Ordered smart broadband 2 weeks ago and got my modem today.

When I type in my username and password I'm getting "Authentication Failed"

Any ideas?

There really is little point in asking here - you will need to either ring Smart or ask in their forums. It may be the case that the exchange work has not yet been carried out.
