Room to Rent in Perth

    I'm living in an apartment in Perth and thinking about moving on to
    Melbourne There is only 2 months left on the lease which is
    perfect if you are in a hostel, just arriving or want to get a base
    without a 6 month lease.

    It is in Kings Park (google it - it's awsome), has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a
    swimmingpool, gym and sauna (which won't be used until it cools down!)
    the place has two balconies (front and back) and two parking spaces.
    Everyone living here work in construction and have early starts so the weekdays are quiet enough. We have beers by the pool or on the balcony most nights and head out on the weekends. It is a bit student-like and is a
    great spot with easy links for work
    It is not a furnished room but apartment has
    kitchen/laundry, tv , two couches etc

    175 dollars a week with a month deposit (depending when you want it,
    the rent may be due too which is another two weeks. Next rent day is
    12th Feb)
