Masterchef semonila pud recipe?

Can find similar recipes online but can't find the specific one we're looking for. Masterchef (think it was a repeat) on today a sri lankan lady was making a semolina pudding with saffron and rosewater, chopped nuts and sultanas or raisins on top but can't find that particular recipe anywhere. Anyone any ideas?

it may not be quite the same but when i was growing up we would make this type of custardy stuff (iraqi family)
we would heat milk and then mix in cornflour+water and simmer until thickened, then just add a little rose water and some chopped pistachios..
was it on masterchef the professionals? the book is in stores now..

other than that perhaps try a few middle eastern cookbooks, there seem to be loads out now!
