I got lucky with a spot right at a barrier at the Paddy's day parade this year. I think this is my favourite of the shots I took but I'm still going through them!

Barry, as much as I like some of your HDR stuff, this one is OTT. It's completely overcooked. It's a lovely serene image, but you've overdone it with the HDR.

I took this with neopan 1600. Hadn't used it before but I really like it. I like the grain and contrast- a really nice versatile film.

I had the camera on a high shutter speed so I'd imagine it is just water droplets after coming out of the pool.

It took a knock, scratched/chipped lens...it still "works" but has a very deinitive mark from the chip/scratch. Time to buy a new one I think....and sell the old one!

Maybe try the entire mirror in colour? Im not really a fan of selective colour unless it looks realistic, nice composition though.

We got about 40 shots in all. Here are the best, most diverse 15 of the bunch. All the PP work was done to try and get a fun photo realistic kind of effect. I think I achieved that.

The image size limit of this thread prevents me from displaying this the way i'd like to. It really needs to be seen extra large (5970x1024px @1.7MB) to be appreciated.
