Hi my GF has the Ed Hardy special edition one of these. Can receive calls and can make them and send messages but can't receive messages. Can access internet too. Have been on the phone to o2 but can't figure anything out. Anybody have any idea what the problem is? Thanks, Martin.

your account may need to be reprovisioned for sms, go into store or try ringing again?, also check message centre number, switch off on etc. Try your simcard in another handset to see if a prob with your handset or your sim, and try someone elses sim in your phone.
