Pilates in Naas

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a Pilates class in Naas. I've seen the ones advertised in the Physiotherapy centre in Millenium Park but was wondering if there were any other classes on.

    Interested in classes from 8pm in the evening and not reformer pilates.

    Naas Health and Fitness have beginner and intermediate classes. I go to one on thursdays at 730, the intermediate starts at around 840. €75 for non members, 6 weeks. The girl doing it is very good, practicing for around 15 years I think she said.

    There was only 8 in my class, so can't confirm if they pack it out. The was 5 in the class after mine. New session starts on thursday if you're interested OP.
