Just wondering is there any old style sweet shops in the city? The kind that sell sweets by quarter of a pound and do apple drops etc.

Pity the sweets were in plastic jars rather than glass., it wasn't an old looking shop.

However the sweets were retro and the people working there seemed pretty sound. Hope they get some business.

    :)

There's a notice posted that they have transferred to across the road. That's a modern looking Spar-type shop though, so don't know if they have the sweets in jars.......

    Not your ornery onager
