    Hi John,

Im in the market for a set of bookshelf speakers to replace my existing Tannoy Mercury M2's.

Ill be using them with a Denon PMA350-Se and using them in my studio for djing etc.

I would like to keep the bass driver the same size as the Tannoys (6.5 inches).

    What have you got?

    Thanks
    T

Hi T - long time no chat!

OK the M2's were a bit of a special speaker (as was the PMA350se!) - if you are looking for something to replace & better them ( I assume as a type of Studio Monitor) I have a few suggestions - the Wharfedale Diamond 10.1 are excellent at £199.95 - next up I would recommend the Q acoustics 2020 which are excellent speakers at £139.95 in flat black - HOWEVER if you want to push the boat out - have a look at the new Monitor Audio RX1 which have just received a screamer of a 5 star review in the latest What Hi-fi at £400 ( I have attached it below) - I can do these at just £369.95 and they really are the dogs dangly bits - really accurate sound but they go low as well!

Have a look at the review and drop us a line if I can assist in any way,
