It's honestly reached epidemic stage in Limerick. I have never experienced it as bad just about anywhere. William St has to come in for special mention, an absolute nightmare to drive on.

To be honest, If you're driving up William street on a shopping day, you should be in no hurry to get anywhere anyway.

Yes there's the occasional knack who is too arrogant and steps out in front of traffic threatening you to stop. I like to clip these bastards with my wing mirror, making sure the back of my van is too dirty for them to see the plates.
