problem with premiere cs3

Anyone using this? I've a 37 min hd clip captured from the camera and am getting a time.cpp program abend. I probably will have to recapture using smaller chunks or with hdvsplit but just incase anyone has come across this problem and resolved it, let me know. PS I've uninstalled quicktime
