Bench & Weights...

    I'm planning on buying a bench and some weights for home tonight.

    Naturally the first place that springs to mind is argos - cheap and conveinent!

    Basically all I'm looking for is something that will let me do all the standard exerecises. Anyone have any suggestions on a good bench from argos, or anywhere else for that matter?

    I'm looking at spending €100 - €150

    I'm also looking at buying some weights - they'll come in handy when I have the bench, otherwise I'll just sit on the thing watching tv! :D Again, anyone have any suggestions on good weights - the max I could even think about benching at the moment is 40 - 45kg (and that's with a lot of progression!!). Budget would be €50 - €75 I suppose.
