Fastest Mobile Upload Galway.

Looking for some advice on the fastest mobile broadband upload speeds in galway city. Will be doing some webcasting of events and so need the fastest possible upstream. Download speed is not so important. Can anyone with any experience please advise who the most reliable and quickest upstream provider is?
