    I was interest to get into Business Analysis area.I have a background in IT and Finance.What skills do I need for this job?Some feedback would be much appreciated.

    Unfortunely its a wide ranging Job, it can be the most mind numbing processing job available, to basically working as a private equity analyst.

    do you have any more specifics on the job spec.
