Whats the difference between the irish horse register passport and the Horse Passport Agency? I know the Irish horse (Blue Passport) is genuie. I found the HPA online and its cheaper? Then there the different breeds passport. :confused:

I stand to be corrected but I think the Horse Passport Agency issued passports wouldn't have the breeding recorded. They would have the horses markings, colour, age, owners name, etc. allright. Thats sufficient as far as the law is concerned.
