By useless im referring to Tom Murphys. absolutely sick of there BS receptionists now.

How hard is it to find a mechanic that can replace a crankshaft breather pipe on an Audi a4??

if i went into a Skoda garage would they do it?

Does it have to be a main dealer place?

cos QuickStop in Kilcohen are great. Just down from Azzuri. I have a VW passat and take it there all the time. The place is owned by a dad and his son. Lovley people.

How old is the car? I use a guy in Slieverue who is a VW/Audi specialist and he tracked down an intermittent brake problem I had.

    PM me for details.

Doesnt have to be a main dealer but it seems like an akward job to me. then again im not a mechanic

apparently its a very common problem with the 2000 model. its a T shaped pipe that goes down the back of the engine and i cant see how it can be replaced without moving the engine itself. thats where i dont want inexperience

as i said im not a mechanic and there might be a less obvious way of doing things. Would be nice if there was a Tom Murphy alternative in town who deals with VAG Group cars.
