style change stuck

I was messing with changing styles, I changed to Boards Beta but there is no option in CP to change it to any other style, Or am I being stupid?

At the bottom left of most pages there's a selector which allows you to change styles.

The bit in the User Control Panel to change styles is right down the bottom here.
