Internet keeps dropping signal

    Hey,

    I'm having some trouble with my laptop. After about 30 mins of starting up my laptop I lose the internet connection and it switches to "limited or no connectivity" The only way to fix it is to shut down the computer and restart it, then once restarted it will last a while and same again.

    Any help?

    had similiar problem few months ago, i had to reset wireless modem to defaults and re connect it up and that seemed to do the trick,also see if you get the same problem with security disabled.

    Have you checked to see if it is the internet thats dropping or your wirless signal? If it is wireless try changing the channel. Also download netstumbler and it will show you any other wireless signals nearby and the channels they are using.
