'An open world crime drama where you can steal cars and do other stuff other than mission' I don't even like the actual GTA, why would I play that :pac:

Spec ops looks good though. And yahatzee actually gave it a good review, so there must be something to it.

I'm playing it for review at the moment. Not sure whether it's the best game I've ever played or the most mediocre "meh" game I've ever played.

EDIT: Who do you write reviews for?

I know that made very little sense. I'm just really conflicted over the game at the moment. Not sure whether I'm actually enjoying it, or just fooling myself into thinking I'm enjoying it because all the websites say I should enjoy it.

Write them for my own blog. The Spec Ops one is the first I'm going to submit to a few sites since I'm gonna try out a new format. (and by "new format", I mean actually a grown up review as opposed to the previous ones I've put up which were really just to get me back in the habit of writing after 2 years of a break)

    Hmmmm, such an odd game.

Oh best of luck with that, always wanted to try my hand at reviewing, but never anything worth reviewing. :P

    Where and how much?
Bought it in Savins last week. It was priced on the shelf at €55 but I made a deal with yer man and got it with a case for ~€61.

    It's a soprano ukulele btw.

Down the line, you could be like "Damn, wish i bought that when I had the chance :/ "

So just buy it if you have the cash :P

    I bought it. :)

It only took 3 or so hours of trying to convince myself. :P

I did manage to save myself €2 by taking the sssnake out of the creative deal and ordering 3 of them separately.

    Is that equipment for recording?

Yup. The AudioLink III is to connect my mixer to my laptop/PC, and there's a microphone, stand, pop guard and cables as well.

Should hopefully be using it to pre-record segments for radio-shows and such. And once I get 3 more mics and web hosting my intention is to start a weekly podcast of sorts.

For reasons unknown, tesco are only charging 85 for their ipod nanos 8gb. Apple online store and all other retailers are over 50€ more expensive.

Probably a new version coming out soon and they want to clear the stock.

Is it confined to the 8gb? If they do a 16gb iPod Nano near that price I'll buy.

Dunno tbh. Bargain Alerts only mentioned the 8gb. Not even sure if Tesco stock the 16gb. I had intended to ask but the guy at the desk was an idiot and I forgot. In the end, after dealing with him for 10 minutes, I was happy enough to get out with anything at all.

Got both of these for less than half price. Cost me E40 in total when the blazer alone should have been E50. I do love me a good bargain and I've had my eye on that blazer for weeks.....I knew it'd go on sale eventually <3<3<3<3 I'm sleepin happy tonight.

Kindles are only deadly. Saves quite a lot of space and sometimes a fair few bills.

I've actually read through that whole thread and I still don't understand any of it!:o

I wouldn't trust myself changing things about the phone. I'd love for it to run smoother but I'd need someone more confidant and in-the-know to start downloading and updating things!:p

Given that my bookshelf currently looks like this:

I think I understand the need for space saving when it comes to books. :P
