No Problem but you'll start on the same amount of points as the lowest ACTIVE player, so that'll be 1265

As we're in the middle of a 4 round event (UFC Fantasy don't let you make any changes or additions to your league in this period) you can join after UFC 121.

Just sign up to UFC Fantasy and PM me the email you signed up with AND the username, preferable if your username holds some kind of resemblance to your username here, just so we can match ya easily.

Same goes for eanyone else who wants to join, 2/3 places up for grabs

I get Shields right, and that's it but get 23 points, then i nail Madsen's fight, all except the type of finish and only get 20???

Cain was the underdog, i get him right and the round and get 20?

This is getting more and more flawed. Maybe we should re-think the proposition of the whole internal competition.

Nah, i know it's bad but at least we're all playing on the same field if ya get me.

If we do an internal one it's gonna take ages for some1 to mark, then there may be internal arguments over who picked what and when.

If ya wanna start another one then go ahead, but even though the scoring on this one is bad, i'll stick with it as at least some type of scoring system

The scoring has been pretty crazy the last 2 events, but they have said they "improved" the scoring to make it more challenging..this is taken from their website on the scoring..

"Not only do we have a new design, but also a new scoring engine. The new Fantasy game bases winning points off of several new factors. For example, this game knows fighters’ records. If you pick the statistical “underdog” to win, and he does, you would get more points than someone who just went with the fighter who “looks good on paper”. The new system is based on a concept called “probably outcomes”, so the more unlikely the win (including rounds and method), the more points you would get. The more you know about the fighters, the better you will do!"

We have made the UFC® Fantasy fight game more interesting for fight fans by calculating scores “Vegas style”.

By choosing less likely results, you can earn more points if it happens! Below we are releasing the current scoring algorithm.

* Winner: 15 Points +/- Every 10% Points (rounded up)
o Example:
o Person A with 4 wins 2 losses VS Person B with 7 wins 0 Losses
o That is a 50% win rate to a 100% win rate.
+ Statistically person B’s win rate is 71% of the time compared to Person A
+ For every 10% points the difference in win/loss ratio is, we deduct or add one point from the 15 points allotted (rounded up)
* Winning Method 7 Points + 2x Every 10% points (rounded up) From the difference of Unanimous Decision (the most common occurrence) – see Winning Methods Table Below.
o So, using the example
+ Someone who picks technical Knock out gets 7+4 points
+ Someone who picks split decision gets 7+6 points
+ Someone who picks disqualification, majority draw, or the other single digit items get 7 + 8 points.
* Winning Round 5 Points (modified as stated below)
o Round 1 + 2 Points
o Round 2 + 4 Points
o Round 3 – N/A
o Round 4 + 3 Points
o Round 5 + 2 Points
* Winning Minute: 1 Point + 1 Point Every 5% points off the height (forth minute) – Round up.
o This is basically a + of a max of 2 points. – See Winning Records Break down (Below)
* Everything Correct: 5 Bonus Points + ALL bonuses above.
o Basically you get 5 points for getting it all right, and if you got everything right on some amazing calls, you get those bonuses twice.
o Min. 5 points.

Just finalised my own and saying 7+ hours left I'm nearly sure I missed out an event before because I thought "oh I've got until 12, so I'll watch match of the day first", then when I went to vote it was closed. So maybe they just stop it manually

How many did you get? Still not been able to add you to our league.

Nice 1, Rooney10 is our lowest scoring active member so will start you on same points as him which after UFC 120 was 1433. Adding your points for the last 2 events (279) gives you a total score of 1712.

Kiad has joined the league, after UFC 121 lowest score of an active user was Rooney10's 1580, add Kiad's score of 138 (for UFC 122)and he's on 1718. Will continue to add him if he posts screen shots fo his score, until the makers of Fantasy get there arses into gear and allow me to make changes to the league
