new modem of eircom

hi guys got a new modem of eircom the 1 they are supplying with the new 24 meg bundles when i try to log on to the modem settings @ 192.168.1.254 its asking for a password any ideas how to get it or is it standard

think the default password is "broadband1", could be wrong tho.

What sort of modem is it?

Default username and passwords are normally:

Username: admin
Password: "admin" or "password" [without quotation marks]
