Perlico/Vodafone really slow

Hi I was on perlico wifi yesterday and it was fine till 9.30pm. Then after 10.30 my modem could not get internet-the wifi and dsl were working but it kept bugging me reset the admin password and user password-despite the fact that i did this months ago. Today at 9.30 am the internet is working again but is really slow.…

Hi

Today at 9.30 am the internet is working again but is really slow. Usually i have 2.60 of 3.00mb but now i have 0.34 mb.

Are vodafone under some sort of cyber attack?

Ive just checked on http://whatismyipaddress.com/ that the ip servers im now using are now located in ireland-sometimes its another vodafone ip address based in germany. Is this relevant?
