    I need to buy a small piece (2 inches) of kitchen counter to fill a gap, anyone know where I might pick some up?

    dunno if u can buy a piece that small. keep an eye out for ppl changing kitchens etc or maybe if u pass a place that makes kitchens mite have a small off cut u could have

    Noyeks or colliers would have off cuts, but you would need to be lucky that they have some to match your existing one.
    I can't se them cutting 2 inches off a full piece for you.

    what colour? Getting a new kitchen in and will be bringing old work tops to re-cycling centre. Mine is a sort of speckled black 38mm.
