Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The sony's at that price level are pretty decent. Got my mother one last christmas, a Sony DSC-W120, which has proved itself to be a decent little P&S.

It was about €120 on-line at the time so I'd imagine you'd get one cheaper now.

Go in to a shop and ask the sales staff in the camera section for advice, that's what they're paid for.

Incase you missed it in another post.

Check out Adverts.ie photography section. Always some good second hand deals to be had, especially for point and shoot cameras. If you find one you like, you can Google it to see if it fits the bill.

Perfect! The better half was looking for a P&S and it's Valentines this weekend... lovely.

Any idea of iboods usual delivery lag?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 779 ✭✭✭DK32

Honestly, it varies quite a bit. I'd say the average though is about 5 working days.
Delivery is normally by UPS and they provide track & trace once the item has shipped.

You won't get it in time for Valentines but at that price it's often worth the extra wait.
A nice card with a p.s. Present on it's way! Might be a good idea :D

An extra €8 will get you the silver version, on Amazon.co.uk, inc. free delivery. Usually quicker to deliver than iBood, but doubt you'll have it by Vals day.

Too late, ordered at this stage. The black'll do fine though knowing herself she'd prefer the pink

Dunno Fol20, just set up an account today and it accepted my paypal account.

It did have a note that the delivery address and card address must be from the same country?
