Diabetes UK have no problem with posting me out stuff to Ireland, so if the diagnosing "heathcare profesionals" can get hold of the kit themselves and the vouchers to give to the newly diagnosed kids/ parents they will get it. It doesn't look to be something that you can request yourself though as a patient, or parent of a patient.
