Moving Company Recommendations

    Hey all,

    I'm moving to London in the next few weeks. I was wondering if anyone had used ras group moving company before and what your experience was like. The quote they gave me was pretty decent, just wanted to know if they're reliable.

    Otherwise if you could recommend a moving company that'd be great.

    Myself and my brother moved to London at the start of January and we used Vantasks.ie to bring over all our stuff and I can't say enough nice things about them. Our plans were a mess with the weather and a flat falling through at the last minute and we rang them with very short notice about moving and they were very quick to get back to me and they helped bring down the stress of moving alot. Even with the truly awful weather they were on time arriving in London.

    I've used Allen Removals many times top notch last time was around 2000 they had a warehouse in E17 where I was living at the time. They have been on the go for over 40 odd years between the UK and Eire.

    Hi Tony,

    I actually used ras group(http://www.ras-group.ie/). I would highly recommend them, great price and absolutely nothing was delivered damaged.

    Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm moving to Germany in a couple of months and got a decent quote for shipping a few boxes from Ras-group and was wondering if anyone had used them?
