    Hi folks,

I'm responsible for the cocktails on valentines night! Im pretty clueless though so is there any good romantic ones? maybe something red? No cream etc, just something fruity and fresh! Very partial to pineapple flavour too! :D

    Any ideas appreciated thanks! :pac:

-a kir (white whine with creme de cassis liquor.) When you pour in the cassis it becomes a lovely pink color. It also contains ice and a twist of lemon.

-a kir royale, which is the same but with champagne instead of wine. I've also seen a version which includes fresh strawberries.

-some of the cocktails which contain elderflower cordial. I can't recall the exact recipes off the top of my head, but you could Google. I know some of them have a pink-ish hue. I'd imagine that a drink containing flowers is romantic in some sort of way. You could garnish them with edible flowers maybe?
