Does anybody know what the contents of the letter has to be (the one you have to send to NUI to tell them about your Irish Exemption) and where to send it to (I believe it is NUI in Dublin)?

    Thanks

Exemption from Irish for candidates born in N.I/UK
Candidates from N.I/UK presenting GCE/GCSE qualifications will automatically be granted exemption from Irish. It is not necessary for them to apply to NUI.

I was born in the UK and got exempted to do Irish in secondary school. Do I still need to apply?
