    Hi, I know lip tattoos are very dodge but just wondering if anyone can recommend a good artist in either ireland or england?

    i was thinking of getting this done a while back but the ink fades away after a while so i didnt bother, best bet is to look into it first theres no point going through pain to have your tattoo disapear haha
