Porting Query.

Currently I am on the O2 Clear 175 30-day tariff. Im planning on porting to Meteor. Would I have to ring O2 30 days in advanced and cancel my O2 contract or can I just go ahead and port to Meteor?

If you port before the contract is up, there's a 34euro penalty.

I emailed o2 from their site, and gave notice of my switch to Meteor

I called Meteor on the day my contract ended with o2, and the switch was made a day or two later as it happened during the weekend.

My final bill from o2 was for around 14euro.
