Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Been playing 5 a side football for years, in nets, diving around like a lunatic on hard floors, astroturf and gravel, never a major injury.

I finally get around to starting MMA and 2 weeks later what happens at footy???

    Very rough sport.........that 5-a-side:D
I trained BJJ and a bit of MMA a few years back and I used to arrive to training with big abrasions/burns from Astro. Never got an injury like that in the gym, the non footballers found it amusing:rolleyes:

I hurt it in my first fight in nov from escaping a reversed armbar i think, lol, i had a small fracture from the fight and didnt know. Then I was at a charity grappling match and the girl went for a submission, kimora i think and it snapped real easy, had no chance to tap it went that quick!

2 months with a broken humerous, 3 weeks to go until i get the brace off, woop woop
