Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not a design flaw - unless they intended it to be dropped face down on to a tiled floor :D Yes - I did that :o

Screen has a lovely web of cracks all over it. Interestingly it still actually works so for music and radio it's fine but video not so fine. Anyone know if this screen can be replaced and if so where it can be done. Or should I just man up and buy a new one?

Depending on who you're talking to you'll be recommended different courses of repair, cowon can be a bit of a nightmare in this respect. You might be able to send it to germany as Cowon have a repair centre there, there's also a licensed cowon repair centre in the UK: http://www.advancedmp3players.co.uk/shop/info/Cowon_UK_Repair_Centre.57.html

Not sure of the cost but you'll be looking at €70-100 i'd say

Great - thanks. I'll price it up and if it's worth it I'll get it repaired or else buy the 32Gb model.
