I have been trying to play 'total eclipse of the heart by bonnie tyler on a keyboard but i cant find any tabs online that are easy to understand for a complete beginner. I can play guitar a bit and the tabs for them are easy to understand, is there any similar tabs for piano?

No there is no equivalent of guitar tab for the piano. You'll just have to learn to read music! At least on the piano, each note is in a single location, unlike guitars where the same note can be played in 3 or 4 places. As you get more advanced you can play from lead sheets which just give chords + melody - but they assume you know how/where chords are on the piano.
Failing that, you could always just play by ear.

It's so pity, they should create something easy and fast for sclerotics!

This seems an ok version to work from, just use the guitar chords you can find as a starting point and the timing in this vid to keep the right tempo. Having more than one set of keys here just makes it a little easier to concentrate on hand at a time.

Not many helpful versions of this on youtube, piano players all seem scared of taking their time with this.:o

This chart may help for the chords, bear in mind playing these notes lower or higher on the keys gives a different effect so keep an eye on the video for how he plays it.

This is a song that definitely helps to have a playback as you learn, as some of the key changes can seem a bit strange just looking at a page.:pac:
