Moving hot water tank in closet

Hey folks, We are looking at getting the hot water tank moved. It is currently blocking the entrance to the storage room (thanks builders!) The boiler is fine upstairs, but the tank downstairs needs to be moved back about 7-8 feet. So we can access the storage room. Any estimates/costs of getting this done?

Really? No one knows? Or no one wants to break the bad news to me! I know it wont be cheap, but Im also hoping I wont have to sell a kidney!
