banned by mistake

    Hi I was banned from Construction & Planning by sydthebeat as they thought I was connected to the company in my post and I messaged them back to state that I've nothing to do with the company but it doesn't seem to have gone through.

    My posting was genuine and I was wondering could it be restored and I be unbanned as I'd still like some information.

    your ban for for a breach of forum rules which state

    "Any threads naming specific companies/traders will be deleted. Exceptions to this will be at the moderators' discretion.

    Do not advertise any commercial activity on this site. This will lead to an immediate ban, the duration of which is at the moderators discretion."

    your banning was not related to whether or not you are part of this company (although linking to their website twice in your first ever post is very very suspect).

    i will review this with the other moderators to see if a consensus can be met.

    your thread will not be reopened as it refers to a specific company. should your ban be reversed you may use the search function to find any of the myriad of similar threads in existance.

    I will be copying this reply into the complaints forum where you have started a new thread also.
