    dont think there is an age limit in liams place. Best to come down and talk to him.
    We also teach MMA in our douglas club wednesdays at 8pm with a couple of young guys training there.

    liam does no-gi (means you wear just board shorts and t-shirt and not a bjj suit) on a monday at 6 (i think) and saturday (not sure what time) so call in and have a chat with him. its a great club and training is tough but you'll reap the benefits daniel.

    My fear is always that the training will be so hard i wont come back i mean im WAY Overweight for my age im 15 years old and 14 stone(dnt know how many kg that is) Do you still compete in tournaments in no-gi

    Went to Liam Beechinors club joined:D
    There all so much older and bigger than me hope i can keep up with there pace :(
