    I bought some stuff off this website a few weeks ago. Yesterday I came home to a letter from Customs & Excise telling me the goods are counterfeit and will be seized by Revenue. Obviously they wont be sending the goods back to the people I bought them off which means I cant get a refund.
    It clearly states online that they are genuine brand new in box so fool that I am believed I was getting a great deal.
    Will I be covered by my Credit Card (MBNA) for the loss?

    Maybe, but MBNA are not very good when it comes to charge backs.

    uu trade products are not real, they make them 'almost identical' they are poor quality and not worth it, stay away from them
