    Hello,

I was thinking about buying a site with full planning permission for three bedroom detached house c. 1,000 sq. ft North Dublin and I was looking for a rough estimate of the job from start to finish all expenses (material, labors and vat ect) included. I undertand their are many aspects of this build to be tailored into the full price but a simple rough quote could give me an idea if its worth it or not. Keep in mind I dont want to spend to much money as I am only 23 and not looking foranything very fancy,

Any help would be greatly apprecated

I'm not in Dublin but I am in the 01 area code. You will be looking at about 100e per sq ft minimum based on my very recent experience. Along with that you will have a massive local contribution fees as you are building in Dublin. Building in Dublin that could be a massive sum of money.
