Whats going on with vodafone?

Judging by post here and in the vodafone forums lately there seem to widespread reports of really slow Internet, pages not loading etc. Anyone know what exactly is the root cause of this? Im with perlico owned by vodafone and ive been on the customer helplines are fair few times. Everytime i mention the new 24mb upgrades…

Im with perlico owned by vodafone and ive been on the customer helplines are fair few times. Everytime i mention the new 24mb upgrades the person on the other ends fobs me off with some BS story or 'i cant comment on that right now'. Its gotten so bad that im probably going to have to terminate my contract 6 months early.
