breast reduction operation

Hi I have been waiting to see a surgeon for breast reduction in public hospital and Ive been informed that a new appointment will be made for me in Blackrock private. My bmi at the the moment is 31 I know it needs to be lower. Will I be allowed time after seeing the surgeon to sort this out or will I just be referred back…

My bmi at the the moment is 31 I know it needs to be lower. Will I be allowed time after seeing the surgeon to sort this out or will I just be referred back to public system and the back of the q, does anyone know how this all works, as I don't want to waste anyones time.
