Lovely restaurant for 40th birthday

I'm looking for a lovely restaurant for my husband's 40th. I don't want anywhere too stuffy and formal. Need to have a decent fish/veggie menu. Good vibe is important.

i love louis bistro on mountjoy square. decent veggie food, loads of fish on the menu and a fish special.
